2008 Rutherford Ranch Sauvignon Blanc
Crisp and refreshing, this Sauvignon Blanc has delicious stone fruit characteristics and explosive flavors.
Seared Sea Scallop finished with a Honey Saffron Sauce
2008 Rutherford Ranch Chardonnay
This wine possesses aromas of fresh apricots and sweet honey. Flavors of crisp green apples and lemon zest are followed by hints of vanilla and Crème Brulee.

Colorado Lamb Loin with a Wild Blueberry Glaze
2007 Rutherford Ranch Merlot
Bright notes of cherry and blueberry are layered with notes of toasted oak and nutmeg. The wine has rich, velvety tannins and a lush textured finish.
Broiled New York Strip Steak with Bordelaise Sauce
2007 Rutherford Ranch Cabernet
This elegant full-boded wine with lush fruit aromas of raspberry and Bing cherry, hints of cedar box, bright mint and spicy cinnamon showcases a rich silky mouth feel.
